How did you start working at BuitenHof Tuinmeubelen?
I was unemployed when I started looking for a job. My old agency offered me a job as an order picker at BuitenHof Tuinmeubelen. After 1 year I became the number one picker because my results were very good. So, they offered me more responsibilities and duties. Now I am an assistant team leader.
What are your daily tasks?
I have the responsibility to check on everybody. To see how they are doing with the order picking, to check the items that are picked and help them where necessary.
Describe in a few short sentences what BuitenHof tuinmeubelen means to you?
They help me a lot even with private problems. For example, when my sport bike was stolen they helped me out. So, I know that BuitenHof Tuinmeubelen will be there for me whenever I ask them for help. This makes you feel like a part of the company.
